Joe Biden, as the President of the United States, you have a duty to protect ALL Americans. Across the country, conservatorship abuse is running rampant. Victims include not just Britney Spears, but millions of our most vulnerable. We need you to take immediate action to declare that everyone has the right to lead a self-directed life, as the ACLU itself said in regards to Britney’s situation, to ban conservatorship abuse against the elderly and mentally disabled and to hold those accountable for abuse. Over 1 million Americans live under a conservatorship or guardianship. Joe Biden, it is your duty to fight for those Americans too.
