Imagine this valley, surrounded by mountains, a lush forest of young saguaro, ironwood, palo verde, mesquite thriving on land for generations overgrazed, untended, on Tohono O'Odham sacred ground. The long story of this place turns full circle and once again, our vocation returns to building community that unites people, nature, culture. On a site renown for ranching, riding, wild west movies, within a young Sonoran Desert forest, birds sing. Inspiring homes cluster, powered by sun, watered by rain. A Center for music, art, craft, recreation and celebration welcomes. The land is deftly shaped to carry stormwater safely to plants, scars of erosion and neglect disappear. Here is a chance to design development that values place-making, healing, bringing together the things that make us want to call a place home. Here is a place to share a model of how our region can evolve and aspire to truly value this land, its people, our hope, our history and future. It is time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We are currently assembling our team of supporters, investors and designers. We'd like to hear from you.
