The California state owned property surrounding the Interstate 280 off ramp at Race Street, between Paula Street and Parkmoor Avenue in San Jose, California is in dire need of some maintenance. It is overgrown with weeds and has become a dumping ground for garbage. This is affecting property values of surrounding homes and is an extremely poor representation of our city and ultimately our state. Please sign this petition and let the State know that they need to maintain their property, just like anybody else, when it becomes blighted.
