Evan Low is an American politician affiliated with the Democratic Party. He served in the California State Assembly from 2014 to 2024, representing the 26th Assembly district, which includes parts of Silicon Valley such as Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and parts of northern and western San Jose. Low was a member of the California Legislative LGBT Caucus and chaired the California Asian American & Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus. He holds a Certificate in Senior Executives in State and Local Government from Harvard University, a Bachelor's in Political Science and Government from San Jose State University, and an Associate's degree from De Anza Community College. Low has also served as President of Asian Pacific American Municipal Officials at the National League of Cities, Mayor and Council Member of Campbell, and as a professor at De Anza Community College.
