Thank you to those who supported Jerahn Tucker and signed his petition. The judge and court finally made a decision after a very long and stressful year. Jerahn will NOT BE SERVING TIME IN PRISON. The judge gave him five years probation, 400 hours community service, and he has to pay a restitution fee. Jerahn is currently in school and is doing well. He is very grateful he can move on with his life now. Jerahn, his family and myself THANK YOU for caring and being so supportive. Keep Jerahn in your prayers!
