Below is taken from emailed public hearing news blast that goes out. First rezoning request is same one postponed in December and second one listed is a new one to me.
Public hearing is only time you can speak on the matters. They won't listen on night of council voting.

The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 7 p.m. and the Braselton Mayor and Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 4 p.m. on the following items:
Application # 17-01-RZ
Application for annexation and re-zoning from CHI/Acquisitions, LLC for property owned by Jackson Office Park, LLC. The property is identified as Jackson County Tax Parcel 112 017A. The property is approximately 31.7 acres. The property is currently zoned GI (General Industrial) in Jackson County. The proposed zoning upon annexation is M-D (Manufacturing-Distribution). The intent of the request is to develop the property to site an approximate 462,000 s.f. building.
Application # 17-02-RZ
Application for annexation and re-zoning from Duke Realty c/o Julie Sellers, esq. for property owned by Tom Henderson, Sheron Hale Foster and Charles H. Hale. The property is identified as Jackson County Tax Parcel(s) 124 004A and 004B. The property is approximately 18.99 acres. The property is currently zoned A-2 (Agricultural) in Jackson County. The proposed zoning upon annexation is M-D (Manufacturing-Distribution). The intent of the request is to utilize the property along with the adjacent M-D property to site an approximate 736,560 s.f. building.

Application for a change in zoning conditions from Highpointe Properties, LLC c/o Edd Price on property owned by them. The property is identified as Gwinnett County Tax Parcel R3006 004. The property is currently zoned G-C (General Commercial). The applicant requests revisions to the zoning conditions pertaining to parking lot lighting, the requirement for a 50 ft. buffer along all road frontages, and the requirement for enhanced landscaping and signage at the corner of Thompson Mill and SR 211. The specific revisions entail following Town of Braselton requirements for parking lot lighting, reducing the 50' buffer along Thompson Mill Road only to 24', and placing the enhanced landscaping and signage at the property's entrance on SR 211.
