To: Oregon Senators and Oregon House of Representatives

Cubans residing in the state of Oregon, permanent residents and citizens of the United States of America, we address you with all respect, freedom and hope. Grateful with the life opportunities and progress that this country has given us, but with a heart full of sadness and pain for the suffering and shortcomings of the Cuban people.

Socialism has failed in Cuba. The military government has violently repressed Cubans inside their territory, pacific protesters who are claiming their basic rights like freedom of expression, and access to the most basic needs. Socialism did not deliver its promises. Under a Socialist and Communist regimen you don't get your freedom back and the world is witnessing a horrendous genocide. The Cuban regime is blaming, as they always do, the US Embargo for their failures, minimizing and not considering their responsibilities, the 62 years of destruction and lack of economic security.

It is imperative to study and understand the anatomy of the Cuban regimen, the 62 years of a parasite behavior, the ongoing failed business with other countries, their inability to fulfill their financial agreements and to provide the basic needs to their people, while investing the money on expanding the Socialism around Latin America and the rest of the world. Socialist Cuban leaders are rich while their people die of hunger, of lack of basic medicines and of proper healthcare.
We are standing today with our people in Cuba and respectfully asking, as your constituents, for your support:

- Please Do Not Lift the Embargo, do not negotiate with the Cuban Government.
- Cubans needs Satellite Internet, the world needs to witness the Genocide, less blood will be shed in the streets if crimes are exposed.
- We demand an International Humanitarian Intervention in Cuba that involves medicines, a vaccination kit for COVID 19, food and toiletries. We can rely on our Cuban community to raise funds but we need your advocacy and power to make this possible. These are our petitions not the ones the left wing of the Democratic Party is claiming. Their voices offend our lives, rights, they do not represent us here is USA, nor the Cubans in the island.
- Amnesty for prisoners and immediate response from the Cuban regimen about the missing people.

We need your voice in helping to spread awareness around Socialism and it’s crimes. The message has to be clear and louder. The Cuban Government is not an isolated incident or moment, it is a virus that is currently taking over the world and represents an imminent danger to our Democracy.

We stand in solidarity with the Cubans suffering under the Cuban regimen. We condemn Cuban Goverment support to the spread of communism throughout Latin America like in Venezuela and Nicaragua. We stand in solidarity and full support of USA Democracy who has given us our lives back.
