L'Oréal is one of the biggest beauty companies in the world. However, there are many unethical practices regarding animal testing happening behind closed doors. There are many steps that will need to be taken for a successful movement to stop animal testing. The first thing you can do to help is to sign this petition to make a difference. People need to get educated about the unethical problems going on in companies like L'Oréal so that our products won’t cost the lives of innocent animals. The more people that support this cause, the more effective it will be. 

L'Oréal states, “L’Oréal no longer tests any of its products or any of its ingredients on animals, anywhere in the world. Nor does L’Oréal delegate this task to others...An exception could be made if authorities required it for human safety or regulatory purposes.” This is the loophole that L'Oréal uses as an excuse and reason to justify its actions. L'Oréal still funds animal testing for finished products in China.

    The intended results of this petition plan is to express to L'Oréal that change is extremely necessary and needs to happen fast. There are thousands of ingredients that have been proven safe throughout history which could be used as alternatives for these companies to create great new cosmetic products without animal testing.
