What Is the Case of the Louisiana

As elected to the municipal council of my city of Vitrolles, I reported an attempt of  bribe by a municipal official, friend of the mayor.

This official brought to justice was prosecuted despite the protection of the mayor, who furiously promised in front of a witness to ruin me. He therefore put his threat into practice by closing my hotels illegally, which resulted in a loss for me  of 2 million euros.

Since the filing of a complaint for the illegal closure of an establishment, justice has used all illicit methods  to prevent the case to go to court.

Because tomorrow you too may be the victim of a malicious or corrupt judge. Yes, it exists! This kind of corruption, in my case destroyed families by protecting thugs.

Judicial corruption in France  is extremely serious, endemic and systemic: magistrates are complices with each other; but they are not the only ones, lawyers and legal experts participate in what is called "arrangements between friends". For 12 years I have been fighting against this infernal machine which can voluntarily allow itself to be wrong to protect delinquents with long arms and dirty hands. We are talking about 2-speed justice, we should rather talk about 3-speed justice:

1) normal speed  the normal speed which is used for ordinary litigants

2 the neutral point or hand brake which is used for notables who have a long arm: all means are good to launder them and bury their business, against promotions, various and varied gifts ...

3 reverse: the victim is found guilty and sentenced. A good number of CASES are thus closed without follow-up ,without the victim being able to defend himself ... and if she is too insistent, she can be condemned by a justice decision whose closed session is absolute, if she insists she who would be one condemned by the cabinet of  justice for abusive complaints or judicial harassment, for example ...

Taking into account the possibilities of appeal and recourse, a magistrate cannot be corrupted alone, he benefits from the support of his hierarchy who has often obtained his promotion for services rendered to notables .... The hierarchical organization of the justice promotes corruption ...
