The global Sikh community is in awe of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana and his victorious life. Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana defies the Indian state’s “Sikh insurgency” narrative and has powerfully shown that the law of the occupational force cannot claim to be legitimate. Since his arrest in 1995, Bhai Balwant Singh has owned his actions and has refused to acknowledge the very validity of the Indian justice system. Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana could not bear the violence perpetrated against the Akal Takht, Darbar Sahib, and Sikh polity. Thus he took action.

The Indian legal system is another way that the Indian State conducts its campaign of terror and those responsible for the mass murder of Sikhs in November of 1984 have not only never been brought to justice, but have actually been given high government posts which they continue to enjoy to this day. The Indian state has yet to hold itself responsible for its own genocidal crimes. Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana is the unique individual who has stood against the tyranny of the Indian nation-state.

The Sikh Panth finds itself at a crucial juncture and needs strong leadership. No one has shown themselves more appropriate in leading the Sikh Panth than Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana. So the global Sikh community issues the following wish to Jathedar Gurbachan Singh:

That the Jathedar Sahib call the Sarbat Khalsa, and abdicate the position of Jathedar Sri Akal Takhat Sahib to Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana.

By heeding this request, the global Sikh Panth expects the Jathedar to restore the authority of the Akal Takht, and lead the Panth to re-establish its lost sovereignty.

 ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਦਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਭਾਈ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਤਰਜ਼-ਏ-ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਇਲ ਹੈ। ਭਾਈ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾੜਕੂ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹਕੁੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਗਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ•ਾਂ ਗੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹੈ। 1995 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਕਬੂਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤਾ  ਹੈ, ਭਾਈ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਤਰਜ਼-ਏ-ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ 'ਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਕਰੂਰਤਾ ਭਰੇ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਾ ਬੈਠ ਸਕਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਸਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਕਰਮ ਨੇ ਜਨਮ ਲਿਆ। 
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਘੱਟਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਦੀ ਵਗਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹਨ•ੇਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਹੈ।  ਨਵੰਬਰ 1984 ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਨ-ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਕੋਹ-ਕੋਹ ਕੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਰਹਿਮ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਕਾਤਲ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੇ ਦਰਬਾਰੇ ਉੱਚੀਆਂ ਪਦਵੀਆਂ ਮਾਣ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਸਲਘਾਤੀ ਜ਼ੁਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਜੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ। ਭਾਈ  ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਯੋਧਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਦੇ ਜਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਲਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਵੰਗਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ। 
ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਦਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਅੱਜ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੋੜ 'ਤੇ ਖੜ•ਾ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਬੜੀ ਸ਼ਿੱਦਤ ਨਾਲ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਈ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਹੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚੱਜੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹਨ। ਸੋ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ - 
ਕਿ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਬੁਲਾ ਕੇ, ਆਪਣਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਛੱਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਥਾਪਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। 
ਆਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਸਨਿਮਰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਵਉੱਚਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਥ ਆਪਣੀ ਖੁੱਸੀ ਹੋਈ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।
