We want to have animals from shelters and that are homeless to have more of a chance to get a home. We are going to do this by banning or stopping puppy mills by having pet stores adopt out only animals from shelters and those that are homeless.  This will also help the pet overpopulation problem and eliminate the suffering for the animals and heartbreak for consumers.
