Thank you for all your support. We should hit over 60,000 signatures today but we need more. Please continue to share our petition. Here's Winston Ko, CEO of Genervon, explaining in a 2013 video how Genervon discovered GM6 (also known as GM600 and GM604), the "master regulator of the human nervous system," and developed it into a drug that's proving to be dramatically effective against not just ALS but a host of many other neurological diseases like Parkinson's Disease and prospectively, a host of other diseases as you can see in their pipeline. See link. http://www.genervon.com/genervon/images/pipelinechart.jpg GM6, as Mr. Ko explains, is endogenous to the human nervous system. That is, it's naturally occurring, and it's present in large quantities during fetal development, where it guides the development of the human nervous system. He explains it well in this YouTube video: http://youtu.be/uw0dXCJbJvo GM6 has shown astonishing results in clinical trials. Scientists found GM6 to modulate five different biomarkers of ALS, including four biomarkers for drug efficacy. Twelve weeks after administration, the drug had slowed or stopped progression of ALS in seven of eight patients, and it dramatically slowed the decline in forced air capacity in five of seven ALS patients. In a separate compassionate-use trial, doctors found the drug to alter the course of the disease on a long-term ALS patient. Two weeks after being treated with GM6, the subject, a quadriplegic ALS patient diagnosed 10 years ago, doubled his swallowing volume, doubtless the first improvement in his condition he’d ever experienced. No safety issues have arisen with GM6. This is no surprise, since it is an endogenous peptide. GM6 appears to be a game-changer for ALS patients. We urge everyone involved to do what they can to make it speedily available for the current generation of patients. My brother and ALS patients needs this now. We hope that bureaucracy and politics don't get in the way.
