Hi,
I spoke today afternoon to Etihad Airways Guest Relations Support manager.
He conveyed me that the investigation will be conducted again to track my luggage.
I specifically raised the point that the previous investigation was "extremely flawed" as it failed to investigate the opening times of the MAPLC Lost and Found which is "8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Sunday",which we can easily find by visting the official website page of Manchester Airport :

I want to make note that my incident with the Etihad Airways happened on 14th December 2014,at gate number 31 around 7:30 PM... my flight departure time was 8:05 PM.
The previous investigation by the "Baggage Claims Manager of Etihad Airways" concluded :
"The Duty Manager then informed you of your options. You could pay the applicable charges for the excess weight to allow you to check the baggage in to the hold, or allow the team to transfer your bag to MAPLC Lost and Found for storage, where there would be a charge of GBP5.00 per day for the service and finally, alternative arrangements could be made for Security to remove the baggage."
The real options that the duty manager gave me was " get in by paying £600 !!! or Get Out of the Flight!!! "
When I requested the duty manager to transfer my luggage to MAPLC Lost and Found section,they told me in a rude way that it was closed and we cannot do that.
If you see the opening times of the MAPLC Lost and Found section in Manchester Airport,it closes at 8:00 PM Monday to Sunday... at the time this incident was happening... but in the investigation by "Baggage Claims Manager of Etihad Airways" apparently found out that I was given the option of £5 per day to store my luggage at the MAPLC Lost and Found section,when in fact section was closes 8:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
So,the investigation was completely flawed as it failed to investigate the opening times of MAPLC Lost and Found Section which was very crucial information.
At the end of the call I requested to sort this case out as soon as possible as it is affecting my day to day life.

I want to let you all know that I won't stand down till I get JUSTICE....
