The Amazon Rainforest is burning down . The rainforest is called the lungs of the planet as it provides more than 20% of our mother Earths oxygen . There are massive fires which have still not settled down . The Amazon fires have spread throughout Brazil, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay. 
In total it has spread about 2,240,000 acres which is approximately 9064 square kilometres . The fires in the Amazon Rainforest are not just effecting the indigenous people or the species of the Amazon Rainforest, the fires are effecting all of us . The Amazon rainforest absorbs up to two billion tons of carbon emissions each year. It also stores carbon from the decades past. In total it stores about 150-200 billion tons of carbon. That’s over 140 years worth of human emissions. If the Amazon collapses, the carbon will be released. That would shake the world with exceptional quick warming. Imagine your society, your country and your world filled with smoke and pollution . We all can not accept a world like that . 

So lets all take action to solve and help douse this massive and dangerous fire that has shaken the world . The easiest action you can take is to let your voice be heard . If you educate people about this fire and make posters, banners, websites and petitions, I assure you that we all together can help make a difference and stop this fire .
