We want justice for Ashlee Llagostera, 17 year old girl killed by drunk driver; hit and run by 27 year old male Wendel Romual Ramirez-Silva on December 3rd 2021. 

Ashlee would have had her whole life ahead of her if not hit by his reckless drunken behavior in his 2016 Dodge Ram Pick up Truck. Warrants for his arrest charges are death by vehicle, felony hit and run, reckless driving, and driving with license revoked impaired revocation. He immediately fled the scene leaving 17 year old Ashlee to die on the side of the road. 

While the grieving family who just lost a daughter, a sister, granddaughter, cousin, and friend are suffering with the loss; Wendel Romual Ramirez - Silva gets to enjoy his life just on HOUSE ARREST!

what kind of punishment is that for a male who just took the life of a 17 year old girl who could have done so much with her life if it wasn’t for his actions… we are wanting our justice for Ashlee LLagostera.

We want to see Wendel Romual Ramirez sentenced to life in prison for the reckless behavior and carelessness of being able to drive off after killing an innocent child! 

Please we are asking for this petition to give justice for Ashlee. Ease the pain and suffering of her family and friends knowing that this man will never have the chance to take another person’s life or child. 

We want the judges to change their mind on this case and help see the true damage and danger this 27 year old man is to other drivers and for him to get the punishment deserved vs living enjoyment relaxing at his own home as if he didn’t just take the life of a beautiful young girl.
