We, the concerned citizens and victims of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, California, are demanding law enforcement actions to stop judicial crimes now! This corruption in our judicial system has been perpetrated by a majority of the judicial officers in the Stanley Mosk courthouse. 

     There is ample evidence that the Los Angeles Superior Courts Stanley Mosk Courthouse judges are out of control! Many do not follow the law and operate like they are above any laws. Typically in the Probate courts, these criminal judges operate in “under the table” conspiracies. Their motives are to loot elderly victims of their estates and rob their children of their inheritance. Their co-conspirators include court-appointed & private lawyers, court-appointed & private fiduciaries, and the court probate attorneys. The criminal judges are protected by Sheriff’s deputies that refuse to investigate or take any actions against these criminal judicial officers!

     Many complaints by victims of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse have filed criminal complaints to the California State BAR, Commission on Judicial Performance, Los Angeles District Attorney, and local government. Even after the revelations of corruption and judicial crimes in the Britney Spears conservatorship case, no public law enforcement actions have been taken. 

     Other high-profile celebrity cases have given media exposure to the judicial crimes in Los Angeles County probate conservatorship and probate trust litigation. Some of these celebrities include Bradford Lund, Walt Disney’s adult grandson, Casey Kasem​, Nichelle Nichols, and Britney Spears. A common theme in these high-profile celebrity probate cases in the Stanly Mosk Courthouse is that attorneys and court-appointed Guardians' “looting procedures” have obtained court approval by the judges presiding over these cases! 

     The judges at the Stanly Mosk courthouse are responsible for administering justice at this courthouse. They are responsible for correcting the operation of lawyers and fiduciaries if they violate the law.

     The judges at the Stanly Mosk Courthouse act in concert with criminal court-appointed & private attorneys, private and court-appointed fiduciaries to cover up their crimes and protect these unethical professionals from criminal & civil prosecutions! These corrupt “Black Robe Mafia” judges operate the probate courts, family courts, eviction courts, and civil courts at the Stanly Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, California.

     American Citizens are demanding that the Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón take action to guarantee that these “Black Robe Mafia” judges are held accountable and are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Our taxes pay for their salaries and the salaries of the Sheriff’s deputies in the Stanly Mosk Courthouse. This corruption will not be tolerated! 

We also demand that the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors impose some immediate reforms to the Probate courts. These include: 

1.) A restitution fund for the Stanley Mosk Courthouse probate department victims.

2.) Establish a specialized citizen’s task force to investigate and prosecute all judicial crimes in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

3.) Increase funding for legal support programs for self-represented litigants in the Stanely Mosk Courthouse

4.) Compel mainstream media outlets to give more exposure to the judicial crimes in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

5.) Revoke the qualified immunity of all judges in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse

6.) Defund all corrupt judges.
