We as employees are putting ourselves at a increasing risk coming into work and interacting with the public. This risk needs to truly be recognized in the form of increased pay till further notice. 

being already sick is not the only reason a worker would need to stay home during this crisis, as schools, entertainment venues, shopping mall (etc) shut down requiring people to stay home.

life has been entirely interrupted, and the company’s response to this crisis has been insufficient. 

employees need and deserve Hazard pay putting their health at risk just like other grocery markets.

as I see with my own eyes, employees at Sprouts Farmers Market work extremely hard to make sure they take care of their customers, always having fresh products for us, shelves stocked, friendly customer service no matter the circumstances, and always making sure customers leave happy from their store. I ask of you to please sign and share my petition and help our sprouts employees get hazard pay as they should.
