We respectfully request that the Office of the State Attorney review all available evidence regarding the placement of Jack and determine whether any violations of Florida law occurred. We are asking for a full and independent review of the facts and for appropriate action if the evidence supports it. Jack was killed at Polk County Animal Control shelter in Florida. Rescue Paws FL Amanda Lippman & Kimberly Thompson need to be investigated. The news is spinning this as just another pitbull attack and that is not the case by any means.
