On February 8, 2017 during a televised men's basketball game on the BTN network NCAA missed a critical call at the end of regulation.  This call resulted in Minnesota tying the game and thus leading to overtime.   It was clear that not only was one of the players in the jump ball out of bounds, but multiple people were calling timeouts in advance of said call.   Minnesota went on to win the game.  

While we aren't blaming them for the loss we certainly believe they should be better trained and able to make the right call with the resources available and so much on the line.
