ITP CORP Ponzi Scam—Prosecute, Seize Assets, and Refund Victims

ITP CORP Ponzi Scam—Prosecute, Seize Assets, and Refund Victims
The Issue
I've been personally affected by the unregulated financial apps that are allowed to be promoted on Google Play and Apple App Stores. Some of my family members have fallen victim to these deceptive applications, lured in by promises of high returns, only to lose their hard-earned money. These apps vanish without a trace after collecting investments from unsuspecting users.
One such app, notably ITP, stands out in a network of fraudulent schemes. I've painstakingly compiled evidence, unveiling the intricate deceit woven into its operations. Astonishingly, the app had local representatives in the UK, like
Fakih Mahmood Subedar, the UK Leader of this Ponzi scam & the former head of SOFTPLY LIMITED based at 18 Briar Meads, Oadby, Leicester, Leicestershire, United Kingdom, LE2 5WD, orchestrated recruitment events and prominently showcased prize winnings on the ITP's official channel. These exhibitions aimed to entice individuals into forming teams and expanding membership to partake in prize schemes. Subedar amassed considerable wealth through this deceptive enterprise, evident in one of his linked withdrawal accounts:

Additionally, Subedar committed a serious offense by organizing a public event with over 700 attendees. At this event, he actively facilitated the recruitment of innocent citizens, coercing them with persuasive tactics to invest immediately in what turned out to be a Ponzi scheme. Notably, he conducted these activities without having a registered company in the UK for such ventures, lacking any approvals from authorities. Astonishingly, this occurred under the purview of Leicester Trading Standards & FCA, yet no action was taken.
Despite reports from multiple individuals alerting authorities prior to its occurrence, no discernible action appears to have been taken regarding the event.
Billy Horncastle, second in command after Mack Subedar, actively facilitated early recruitments into this Ponzi scam, dating back to as early as June 2023. He exhibited a strong presence in ITP groups and consistently supported his leader during live sessions. A thorough investigation into this case would likely uncover substantial evidence suggesting their orchestration of this Ponzi scam, wrapped up within a year with the belief that repercussions would never catch up to them.
Another significant player in this scheme was UK recruiter Charlie Wildish, who vigorously promoted the scam through an online YouTube channel before abruptly deleting all content post-exposure of the scam. Fortunately, I possess video evidence predating this deletion. Despite attempting to obscure his involvement, Wildish's long-standing venture, bunkaijutsu.com, can be traced back to him, shedding light on his deeper connections to the scheme.
A wealth of evidence indicates these individuals operated as an organized syndicate, systematically defrauding and siphoning money from unsuspecting citizens. Additionally, there exists a comprehensive list of group administrators purportedly affiliated with ITP staff, whose information can be provided to authorities upon request.
"These orchestrators meticulously designed events, created videos, and manipulated innocent citizens to lure unsuspecting individuals with the promise of lucrative opportunities. However, this deceptive front crumbled swiftly. Following these recruitment efforts, the app rapidly siphoned users' funds, vanishing within a month. This coordinated deception, seemingly implicating local representatives, has inflicted significant financial harm on individuals across multiple countries, extending beyond the confines of the UK. I strongly advocate for a thorough investigation by UK authorities to ensure accountability for these recruiters' actions and prevent further exploitation of innocent individuals.
From their deep involvement, it's evident that they play a far greater role in this scam operation than they portray.
I urge comprehensive scrutiny of their incomes, finances, and investments. Moreover, I hold these leaders responsible for the losses suffered by many unsuspecting elderly and innocent citizens."
The lack of regulation allows such fraudulent activities to thrive. It's time for the UK Government to step in and protect its citizens from these predatory practices. We call upon them to pass a law requiring all financial apps promoted on Google Play and Apple App Stores be fully approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before they can reach consumers.
According to Action Fraud, the UK's national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime, victims lost an average of £45,242 each due to investment scams in 2020 (source: Action Fraud). This is not just about protecting individual investors; it's about safeguarding our economy from potential systemic risks posed by unregulated financial technology.
We need your support now more than ever. Sign this petition today and help us urge the UK Government into action against these fraudulent financial apps!
