ITC Federal: Pay workers the federal minimum wage

The Issue

On January 30th, 2023, the United States government made a cost of living adjustment to the federal minimum wage for contractors to $16.20, up from the original $15.00 set by Executive Order 14026.

At USCIS, contractor ITC Federal is refusing to pay the new wage rate, which means hundreds of their employees aren't getting an adequate cost of living adjustment. These are the workers that make our immigration system work, and they deserve better.

Sign this petition to tell ITC to up their game and adjust workers' wages to the minimum of $16.20, retroactive to February 1st, 2023.

ITC Federal employs ~1,500 workers at USCIS service centers across the U.S.A.
