There should be a law or at least a restriction to selling puppies/dogs online.

The Issue

Me and my family have personally had two puppies that were advertised on Pets4Homes die of Parvovirus because the 'breeder' selling them isn't looking after them properly. They aren't vaccinated, micro chipped and they are kept in poor condition. This particular guy also advertises on Gumtree and Freeads and the parents to the puppies have never been seen.

If there was a restriction against being able to post freely on any site there would be less of this happening. They should AT LEAST confirm an address to see the puppies and proof that the parents can be seen before purchase. Many people have been affected by this and we know there are many people doing this but if we can stop at least one group we are moving in the right direction.
