Yet in Ireland, unregulated online spaces continue to allow misinformation, anonymous allegations and reputational harm - particularly within women’s health communities.

At the same time, women are still facing delays in diagnosis, lack of specialist multidisciplinary teams, and no National Inquiry into Endometriosis care.

Accountability must apply everywhere.

• An expert-led Irish framework

• Multidisciplinary specialist access

• Responsible digital platform moderation
