October 18th is World Menopause Day 

I experienced 2 x Chemical Induced Menopause before the age of 30 again at 37 with absolutely no support or information provided to me.

Navigating Surgical Induced Menopause since 2016 at the Age of 37 & was left untreated until 2023 at the age of 44 when I finally got support by the @menopausehub in Dublin after being on a guest Panel with Loretta on International Women’s Day that year.

Up until then consultants & Doctors were dismissing my symptoms and gaslighting me saying I was too young to be experiencing menopause even though I had organ loss which induced Surgical Menopause 

Surgical Menopause is not the same as natural menopause 

Surgical menopause is when our bodies have lost the organs to naturally produce Oestergen & Progesterone which our bodies need for a multitude of reasons to keep our bodies & brain functioning properly 

My Surgical Menopause Journey has not been easy but I have learned so much 

Lets rid the Taboo & learn how to support each other better 💛🫶🏻
