Duchenne Timeline – Finley’s Future without Translarna is bleak and you can help. Duchenne is an aggressive muscle wasting disease that causes total loss of muscle strength in every part of the body, most noticeably in the legs as they lose the ability to walk and then as the progressive disease takes hold, Duchenne will cause breathing and heart problems. Our hope with your help is to delay the worst of Duchenne for as long as possible, but the Isle of Man MHK’s don’t deem our child’s life worth the cost.
