Yet we are still seeing food marketed as “gluten free” while disclaimers acknowledge cross-contamination may occur.

For individuals living with Coeliac disease, this is not semantics - it is safety.

The Gluten Free Kitchen Company operated with full allergen transparency before legislation required it because lived experience set our standards.
