Iranians Call for Strikes Targeting the Regime's Entire Leadership Structure

Iranians Call for Strikes Targeting the Regime's Entire Leadership Structure
The issue
For more than four decades, the people of Iran have struggled for freedom, dignity, and the right to determine their own future. Today, they ask the world not to miss a historic opportunity to support their struggle to end the Islamic Republic.
The demand of the Iranian people goes far beyond replacing one official within the existing system. Iranians do not want merely a new president — they want a new political system chosen freely by the people of Iran.
Weakening the regime’s military infrastructure alone will not end the system that has oppressed Iranians for decades. As long as the political leadership that sustains this regime remains in power, meaningful democratic change will continue to be obstructed. Senior figures such as Mojtaba Khamenei, Larijani brothers, Alireza Arafi, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Masoud Pezeshkian, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, Hassan Rouhani, Ahmad-Reza Radan, and the network of Imam-Jomeh clerics remain central pillars of the Islamic Republic’s political structure.
At the same time, many Iranians seeking a democratic future have rallied around a widely recognized figure for national unity and transition: Reza Pahlavi. In protests inside Iran and demonstrations held by the Iranian diaspora around the world, his name has repeatedly been chanted as a symbol of democratic change. Many view him as a unifying figure who could help guide a peaceful transition toward democracy and allow the Iranian people to freely determine their future political system.
The Iranian people’s demand for change is rooted in universal principles of human rights and international law, including the right of all peoples to self-determination as recognized in the United Nations Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We call on the United States, Israel, and democratic nations to stand with the Iranian people in supporting the end of the Islamic Republic and enabling a democratic transition chosen freely by the people of Iran.
The Iranian people have waited more than four decades for freedom. The world must not turn away now.
