Hello Ipswich friends,

The public hearing has closed on the Bruni project, and the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has less than 40 days to make a 
decision on the Essex Road 40B project. The 40-day deadline gives the ZBA until May 25 to vote on the 40B application. 
That decision process will be decided in public over 2 meetings by the 4-man board starting TOMORROW evening.
Except for citizen queries, the public will not be able to make comments however, your attendance speaks volumes.

We plan to fight any decision which allows this project to go ahead as proposed.
