Steve knew it: a good smartphone is a compact smartphone. Since the iPhone 13 mini has been discontinued, smartphone users wanting a compact phone have seen their options being reduced to the shocking number of zero. No mid/high range Android, no Apple alternatives left.

For now, the iPhone 13 mini is still acceptable, but within a year it will feel a bit outdated. And from day one, I have also missed the option of a 13 mini pro with better camera’s, maybe a bit thicker phone to get more battery life.

Of course, I understand that Apple will not be able to create a new mini within a year.

By signing this petition, I state that without doubt, I would buy an iPhone 17 mini or mini pro with better camera’s, and also without doubt, will be forced to leave the Apple ecosystem and change to mid/low range market Android mini devices if there will no successor to a mini or equally small iPhone.

I don’t want a bigger smartphone, and will never buy one.
