August 25th has been designated Rohingya Genocide Remembrance Day by a group of international Rohingya organizations.  Events are being organized in major European cities as well as in the US.

In Canada events will be taking place in major centres across the country.

Cities where events have been confirmed include: Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton, Winnipeg and Vancouver.  Details about each of the events will be forthcoming.
