If support for this petition continues to grow then maybe the Canadian government will no longer be silent about the atrocities being committed against the Rohingya or the fact that because of the honour Canada bestowed on Aung San Suu Kyi the Canadian government can do something symbolic as well as take action to prevent further death and suffering of one of the most persecuted minorities in the world.
