We, the undersigned supporters of rugby league, respectfully request that the NRL conduct an independent review of the Wests Tigers matches played since Round 9 of the 2026 NRL season with special attention given to the performance and decision making of Jarome Luai.

Many fans, experts and team mates have raised concerns about aspects of Jarome Luais performances, key decisions, and incidents that appeared unusual or had a significant impact on the outcome and are not acceptable standards produced by a 4 time premiership winning 5/8. To maintain confidence in the integrity of the competition, we believe these concerns deserve a transparent and independent review.

This petition does not presume wrongdoing by anyone. Instead, it seeks clarity and reassurance that the match was conducted in accordance with the NRL's rules, standards, and integrity processes to ensure not only a fair true and correct outcome is reached but that no criminal offence has occurred with regards to gambling outcomes that may have been effected by these performances. 

We ask the NRL and the Wests Tigers to:

Conduct an independent review of the match and any incidents that have prompted widespread concern:

* Stand down Jarome Luai immediately while investigations occur.

* Advise supporters whether any integrity issues were identified.

* Publicly communicate the findings of the review, where appropriate, to help maintain trust in the competition.

* Issue an immediate public apology to Adam Doueihi for the public shaming he has received after speaking up on this issue. 

 Rugby league relies on the confidence of its players, clubs, members, and supporters. A transparent review would help reinforce the integrity of the game and address the concerns of the fan.
