Do you realize how hot that it would have to be to do that ? 1000's of Degrees hotter than any forest fire can ever ever get, they top out at 1472 degreesF.
Think! For God's Sakes! Think! Logically! It is NOT that far-fetched at all either. These weapons are now common , have been for two decades. Now hand held, now mounted on anything. * Inflammable stainless steel appliances, porcelain fixtures, wood-stoves, tile gone!
• Large metal beams twisted or bent.• Trees and vegetation surrounding destroyed structures and vehicles with leaves, needles intact.
Since the highly flammable trees did not catch fire and burn up, what was the source of heat that vaporized the home and cars?

Automotive safety glass is primarily silica-based tempered or laminated glass. Approximate thermal ranges are widely understood as:

Household fixtures would require extreme temperatures just to melt. Let alone to disappear.
