Tiger Paws Exotic attended the Aurora Street Festival on Sunday June 5th 2016 and treated their animals inhumanely. With a kangaroo, rabbits, and porcupines left in tiny pens, with little or no bedding in the direct sunlight for six hours. The kangaroo was trapped in a 4-by-4 pen lying on hot concrete and onlookers saw him foaming at the mouth and the rabbits and porcupines were fighting to get into whatever shade was possible as temperatures reached 25 degrees.

At a provincial level, we demand an investigation of Tim Height and Tiger Paw Exotic to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the animals. In addition, since the provincial level has not taken action to commission laws and regulations for the licensing and owning of exotic animals, we want to see action taken on a national level by our mandated officials.
