The CNY SPCA is supposed to be a safe haven for animals in need, but mismanagement, neglect, and unethical leadership have turned it into a place of suffering. We, the concerned citizens and animal advocates of Central New York, demand:

 1. An independent investigation into the management and treatment of animals at the CNY SPCA.
 2. Immediate removal and replacement of the current Executive Board Members and Volunteer Coordinator, Donna Newman.
 3. A complete restructuring of the organization under a compassionate, transparent, and responsible leadership team.
 4. Facility improvements and proper staffing to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals and workers.

For years, dedicated volunteers and staff have fought to give these animals a voice, only to be ignored, silenced, or pushed out by the very organization meant to protect them. The corruption, incompetence, and neglect cannot continue.
