The Issue

In recent years, a troubling incident has unfolded that involves the harassment of a civilians by federal officers in what started of as an "off the books" illigeal fishing expedition operation whitch then resulted in significant illigeal activity whitch in turn resulted in significant harm to the victim(s). After the perpetrators failed to achieve their goal, the operation ended up becoming a cover-up operation to silence everyone through even more illigeal activity and threats. This situation has escalated to a level where the perpetrators claimed to have the backing and the direct authorization of the Canadian Prime Minister's Office (PMO) to continue to commit these criminal actions/human rights violations (under Canadian and international law) against the victims and witnessess. These threats, coupled with the previous harm done have left the victim(s) living in fear for their safety and wellbeing They have also claimed that the victims would neither have justice nor safety/security by orders of the PMO.

Consider for a moment what it must feel like to sense constant surveillance, to hear whispers of intimidation and after being subject to harm, be told that no reporting mechanism would seriously look into the offences or offer any serious protection because the perpetrators have received authorization to commit these human rights abuses and criminal actions from the Prime Minister's Office. Those behind such harassment are acting under the banner of those who should be protecting and serving – our own government and are attempting to use that banner, and notably the Prime Ministers Office as a shield to prevent safety for the victims/witnessess and accountability of their actions. This incident not only violates the trust the public places in federal officers and government institutions, but it also shakes the very foundations of the rule of law and justice in our country, Canada. Regardless of identity, the law should apply to all equally.

Regardless if one believes the claim of the PMO's involvement, due to the very real and demonstrated power of the federal officers, it is imperative that since;

1. The perpetrators are federal officers.

2.  The perpetrators have claimed that the Prime Ministers Office has sanctioned the criminal/human rights violations that have occured in this case.

3.  The perpetrators have claimed no serious investigation would take place or no protection would be given to the victim(s)/witnesses because the Prime Ministers Office has sanctioned and authorized this.

4. The perpetrators have made extremely distressing threats such as being authorized to covertly slip chemicals into the bodies of the victim(s)/witnesses to make them sick, give them anxiety or give them an outright mental illness (make them crazy) so that they could be controlled or discredited. They've claimed that all of this was authorized by the PMO.

That the Prime Minister's Office, led by Prime Minister Mark Carney, ensure the saftey of the victim(s)/witnesses and conduct a thorough and transparent investigation into these events (as the perptartors continue to claim to derive authorization for this illigeal activity from the Prime Minister's Office). If this was indeed an unauthorized undercover operation, the safety and security of the victim(s) and the witnesses must be ensured and they should not be harmed in any way, shape or form.

The right to safety and fair treatment under the law is fundamental to our Canadian values. Every citizen should be able to live without fear of harassment or intimidation, especially from those professing to carry out their duty under the guise of law enforcement.

We call upon Prime Minister Mark Carney and his office to take immediate action. By ensuring the safety and security of all victims/witnessess, initiating a full investigation, demonstrating transparency, and providing clear outcomes the PMO can restore public faith in our government institutions and reinforce Canada's commitment to justice and fairness.

Please join us in advocating for justice by signing this petition. Together, we can encourage the government to uphold the values that define our nation's integrity and ensure the safety and security of its citizens is prioritized.

Just for clarification

*1* All victim(s) and witnesses have no history of criminal behavior/no criminal record.

*2* All victim(s) and witnesses have no history of any mental health problems

*3* This is not an indictment of the PMO, the Prime Minister or Canada as a whole. We do not believe  the PMO or the Prime Minister would have authorized this. None the less, the criminal actions described above have occured. The threats made have occured and those making the threats have demonstrated the ability and the resources/willingness to follow through and attempt to perform a cover-up, all while claiming that their actions have been authorized by the PMO. We are simply stating the facts and expressing the extreme safety and security deficit that the victim(s) and witnesse(s) are facing.
