my personal experience has been met by EDreams through booking a flight via the website paying for that flight to EDreams which clearly states on my bank statement it was paid to them, they then didn’t confirm the flight and when I called customer services was told that the airline did not accept the booking, no reason given as to why, I asked for a different flight to be booked as they had my money but was told that it’s not in there policy to do so, I asked for a refund and was told I would get one, 6 months later I’m still battling for my money back, each time I contact them I get the same answer we are looking into it. 
reading other reviews I see this is happening to a lot people and they are also tricking people into becoming a prime member without clear facts, once that person has realised they are taking money from there accounts they try to cancel EDreams do not cancel the subscription, if you read through the reviews you see it is happening way too much, people work hard for there leisure’s in life but this company thinks it can just help itself to your money. 
I’ve raised this petition to stop EDreams in there tracks and show other companies that do the same, enough is enough please sign this petition and maybe you may not fall foul to there dishonesty.
