As one of the many consumers affected by the troubling operations of the Aurora Electric Cooperative (AURELCO). On numerous occasions, I have personally experienced prolonged power interruptions which have disrupted my family's daily life and affected our business operations. But it's not just about the inconvenient outages; the excessive billing despite inconsistent service has added a financial strain that is unjustifiable.

The issue is bigger than a personal inconvenience. The frequent power outages and skyrocketing bills are symptoms of deeper systemic problems within AURELCO. Many consumers in our community share similar grievances, raising questions about the cooperative's operational efficiency and financial management. Despite being a primary electricity provider in Aurora Province, AURELCO's performance is far from satisfactory.

The Provincial Government of Aurora, the Department of Energy, and the National Electrification Administration need to step in and launch a thorough investigation into AURELCO's practices. This investigation should focus on identifying issues concerning operational inefficiencies, financial mismanagement, frequent interruptions, and the rationale behind excessive billing.

Concrete actions need to be taken to ensure accountability and improvement. The investigation should result in tangible solutions such as implementing better management practices, enhancing infrastructure, and ensuring transparent billing processes. By holding AURELCO accountable, we can push for a more reliable and fair energy supply for everyone in Aurora.
