I'm deeply concerned about the conduct of Los Angeles DA Nathan Hochman regarding the Menendez brothers case. Nathan Hochman has been spreading falsehoods, claiming that the brothers lied about acting in self-defense and that they premeditated the killings. This couldn't be further from the truth. The Menendez brothers, Lyle and Erik, suffered years of severe abuse at the hands of their father, and their actions were a desperate attempt to escape a life-threatening situation. Hochman's statements are not only unsubstantiated but have also been extremely damaging in the pursuit of justice for the brothers.

The Menendez brothers should not be forced to admit to crimes they did not commit, and they should not be denied parole and habeas corpus on the basis of lies and manipulation by a public official who appears to be using this case for his own gains. It is imperative that Nathan Hochman be thoroughly investigated and removed from this case to ensure an unbiased and fair process.

Furthermore, Hochman's alleged treatment of the Menendez brothers' family adds another layer of concern. No public servant should wield their power in a way that continues to harm victims who have already suffered indescribable trauma.

I urge the right authorities to step in, scrutinize Nathan Hochman's actions, and take the necessary measures to rectify this grave injustice. Justice for the Menendez brothers must be served with integrity, and Nathan Hochman should face accountability for his actions, Nathan Hochman need to answer for his actions, he should be removed from the Menendez case, he has violated the brothers right by opposes resentencing, interfered with the courts decision to reject habeas corpus, he should be banned from the Menendez case and investigated and have him to be answered for his despicable actions, he even said that the brothers should admit that they lied about self defence when they are truthful and honest,
