James F Elliott has failed our community by not prosecuting Fentanyl cases effectively. His belief that Americans can't make or sell Fentanyl is not only incorrect but dangerous, as it undermines the severity of the Fentanyl crisis we face in Allegany County. This negligence puts lives at risk and allows drug dealers to continue their operations unchecked. We need a States Attorney who understands the gravity of this epidemic and is committed to taking action against those responsible for distributing this deadly drug. His Office not only indicted [Redacted] in September 2022 for Fentanyl. But charges were mysteriously dropped with no explanation. 

July 2022 his office charged 2 women Selena Amoruso and Dakotah Corbin with Fentanyl. 

All 3 women within 2 months charged with Fentanyl and other narcotics. But charges dropped. All 3 women white. 

All 3 charged in an election year. Without an explanation charges disappeared only on Fentanyl. 

However only 1 had a minor son kept out of school for 10 months was [Redacted]. While he was investigating [Redacted] for Fentanyl. was investigated for failure to send son to school in the same time period. 

Not only is Fentanyl not prosecuted. But child endangerment was never investigated.
