Subject: Humble Petition for International Recognition of the Eternal Right to Protect the Innocence and Life of the Child

Your Majesties,

With the deepest respect and admiration for the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I humbly present this summary of my petition to the international community. As a living man and resident of the United Kingdom, I am driven by a profound moral duty to defend the most vulnerable—our children—from sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, and all forms of harm.

My petition, rooted in timeless natural law, historical legal precedents, philosophical wisdom (including the teachings of St. Thomas Aquinas), and divine principles from the Holy Scriptures, establishes an immutable “Eternal Right Law” to safeguard the innocence and life of the child. This higher law—predating and transcending all human statutes—demands absolute protection of minors and overrides any softening, reinterpretation, or lenient application of positive laws by judicial or governmental authorities.

Key foundations include:

Historical protections, from ancient codes such as Ur-Nammu to English statutes and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (Articles 34–35).

The natural law duty to preserve life, nurture offspring, and shield the vulnerable from injury, particularly sins against chastity and innocence.

Scriptural mandates to defend the poor, needy, and little ones, with severe judgment for those who cause harm to children.

I further declare, as a sovereign living man under the Creator’s eternal order, the unalienable right and sacred duty to raise my voice for justice in defense of children, unbound by any man-made fiction that might silence such a call.

In response to rising crimes against children in the United Kingdom and beyond, I have proposed “Carl’s Law”—a legislative reform calling for stricter mandatory minimum sentences, reduced judicial discretion for leniency, and enhanced protections to ensure perpetrators of heinous acts against children face consequences proportionate to the gravity of their offenses. This initiative seeks to strengthen deterrence and uphold society’s fundamental obligation to protect the innocent.

I respectfully petition Your Majesties to lend your esteemed voice and moral authority to the global affirmation of this higher law. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under Your visionary guidance and through Vision 2030, has demonstrated strong commitment to family values, child protection, and the creation of a secure environment for the young—principles that align deeply with the eternal duty I advocate. Your leadership in upholding justice, dignity, and the rights of the vulnerable can inspire nations to prioritize the absolute safeguarding of children above all.

I pray that this petition may contribute to a unified international stand, ensuring that the innocence of every child is preserved and that justice prevails for the most precious members of our human family.

Thank you for your gracious consideration of this solemn matter. May the Almighty bless the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with continued peace, prosperity, and strength in defending righteousness.

Respectfully submitted,

Carl Damian Trinity Power
