In England, if a pregnancy ends before 24 weeks, parents can apply to revieve a baby loss certificate to have their grief recognised . This small but significant gesture acknowledes their pain and ensures they feel heard.

However, in Northern Ireland, this provision has not yet been introduced. . 

I believe it is time for change and have asked the Health Minister to replicate the scheme here in Northern Ireland.
