As sciences and technologies progress and advance, necessary or critical civilization structures, networks and activities such as social, economical, cultural, civil, political, trade, financial, news and information are built, facilitate and embedded in and through technology structures and contents such as the internet, wireless services , information technology tools and social network tools and contents. Therefore, core civilization values and principles such as democracy, freedom, liberty, inclusiveness, civil rights, human rights, and the common good such as freedom of expression, freedom of information, freedom or rights to social, economical, cultural, civil and political rights are further and further built or embedded in or through technologies such as internet and social network tools and contents. With these transformation, it is necessary or requirements for global citizens to have the tools, capabilities and accesses to technologies and contents to participate or thrive in societies or to attain UN Convention on Social, Economical and Cultural Rights; UN Convention on Civil and Political Rights; and in particularly Universal Human Rights.

therefore, please be mindful of the interdependent-interconnection between social changes and human rights by making or including the capabilities and abilities to access and utilize technologies and contents such as the internet, information technology tools, social network tools and contents parts of  UN Convention on Social, Economical and Cultural Rights; UN Convention on Civil and Political Rights; and in particularly, Universal Human Rights. The tools and technologies structures can transcend world borders, barriers, differences, limitations and mistrusts to advance the common good.
