University of Liverpool must give a public apology to all international students

The Issue

University of Liverpool had recently sent a highly racial-discriminative 'University Rules on Exam Conduct' to all students, in which the word "cheating" is translated into Chinese, only. UoL's International student office also added: "We find that our Chinese students are usually unfamiliar with the word 'cheating' in English, and we therefore provide this translation: 舞弊"

This is an irresponsible, arrogant, and discriminative action, which hurts all international students, especially those from Chinese-speaking culture.

We, hereby, ask University of Liverpool to give a formal public apology to all international students.
