To Put it simply, Zimbabwe President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is guilty of Mass Murder, genocide and torture under numerous counts and needs to be tried before the International criminal court. Please sign and share this petition.  The international criminal court classifies who should be tried under the following conditions.

1: The crime of genocide is characterised by the specific intent to destroy in whole or in part a national, ethnic, racial or religious group by killing its members or by other means: causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.  Former Zimbabwe president Robert Gabriel Mugabe, current president Emmerson D Mnangagwa, Current Minister of Lands, Agriculture Perence Shiri and current vice president Constantino Chiwenga amongst others were involved in the 1980's massacre and genoicide known as as Gukurahundi where contrary to downplayed reports, over forty thousand people from Matebeleland and Midlands provinces were slaughtered, tortured as well as numerous women and girls as young as ten raped. Pregnant women had their stomachs cut open. Men were forced to commit sexual acts with other men then shot. The mass graves still populate Matebeleland and the Midlands. They also are guilty of the killing, torture and rape of white farmers and their employees.  To date no one has been arrested or convicted for any of these crimes as they are the ones who run the country.  Accounts of Gukurahundi were well documented by the BBC and other international news agency's and the British government

2:Second, the ICC can prosecute crimes against humanity, which are serious violations committed as part of a large-scale attack against any civilian population. The 15 forms of crimes against humanity listed in the Rome Statute include offences such as murder, rape, imprisonment, enforced disappearances, enslavement – particularly of women and children, sexual slavery, torture, apartheid and deportation.  As with Gukurahundi above Emmerson Mnangagwa with his co conspirators carried out Operation Murambatsvina in 2005 which according to United Nations estimates has affected at least 700,000 people directly through loss of their homes or livelihood and thus could have indirectly affected around 2.4 million people. With tens of thousands dead. Any doubts whether Emmerson Mnangagwa was guilty were dispersed  as just last year on August the 1st 2018 unarmed civilians were murdered in cold blood by the Zimbabwe Army. Emmerson Mnangagwa lied and said he did not know who gave the army the order to kill civilians and set up a costly enquiry into who gave the kill order only for the findings to show that it was indeed he who gave the kill order. This year , in response to civilian protests of a huge fuel price increase and hyperinflation,  Emmerson Mnangagwa once again unleashed Zimbabwes deadly army and police on the civilian population.  As of writing, numerous cases of murder, rape, imprisonment of almost a thousand civilians, enforced disappearances and torture have been documented and broadcast by media agencies including The BBC, Sky News and CNN in January and February 2019

3:war crimes which are grave breaches of the Geneva conventions in the context of armed conflict and The killing or torture of persons such as civilians or prisoners of war; intentionally directing attacks against hospitals, historic monuments, or buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or charitable purposes.

Emmerson Mnangagwas other crimes include murders of numerous Zipra and Zanla veterans, other murders and car accident murders and torture / kidnapping of political opponents and collateral victims including (a)Josiah Tongogara in 1979. Chief political rival to Mr. Mugabe, (b)Susan Tsvangirai late wife of opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai killed by Presidential Guard Captain Ibrahim Chasakara . (C) Zanu PF MP, Edward Takaruza Chindori-Chininga who released a damning report about the involvement of ZANU-PF officials and allies in the diamond industry (D) Activist Elliot Dhliwayo. E: The Disappearance and suspected murder of Itai Dzamara.
(5) Theft of money and diamonds from the people of Zimbabwe. Diamonds that would have turned around Zimbabwe. A country with over 90% unemployment and very low life expctancy.
(6) Election rigging, depriving the people of Zimbabwe of a democratically elected Government.

It is unbelievable that both The International Criminal Court and The international Court of Justice have convicted people for far less crimes than Emmerson Mnangagwa such as Ratko Miadic  (The Butcher of Bosnia)  Emmerson and and many more are able to roam free having committed much bigger atrocities.

In less then a year, Emmerson Mnangagwa has reminded us that Democracy does not come from those with blood soaked hands that have committed genocide. Now is the time to help Zimbabwe gain TRUE FREEDOM. We ask  the international community to bring Emmerson Mnangagwa to the international criminal court  for the justice of those murdered, tortured and raped as well as a full accounting of the listed crimes. There is numerous evidence of his crimes in the public domain but if you have more you should share it with news agencies as well as the international criminal court and International court of justice Email addresses which are  OTP.InformationDesk@icc-cpi.int
