This petition seeks to have Vladimir Putin (Vlad the Invader) charged as a war criminal by The Hague - The International Court of Justice. This senile man needs to be hunted down, like he's done to his critics and opponents, and be held accountable for his actions. He's caused death to innocent people, violated international law, and threatened world peace. 

Not counting previous military incursions, but just during the recent invasion of Ukraine, the tyrant known as Vladimir Putin has, so far, caused the death of tens of children, and hundreds of innocent Ukrainian civilians. He is responsible for the attack on several residential buildings, as well as a kindergarten where people were taking shelter. At the time this petition is being written, accusations are surfacing against Russia, for attacking Ukrainians with cluster bombs and vacuum bombs (source: Reuters), which is prohibited by the Geneva Convention. 

The fog of war may cause misinformation, but a few things remain certain: He's caused innocent children to die. Millions of Ukrainians are now displaced, in the middle of winter, seeking refuge in neighboring countries. The most horrifying issue remains to be mentioned, however. This senile tyrant has threatened world stability and peace by readying and putting nuclear weapons on high alert. 

Most people aren't aware that the world we live in today, almost ended twice. Both times at the hands of the former Soviet Union. Both instances involve personnel in the red army, refusing to push the "red button". Today, Stanislav Petrov, and Vasily Arkhipov are known as heroes. This psycho, that people call Vladimir Putin, doesn't seem to be able to comprehend how insanely amazing these occurrences are. Who knows what the likelihood is that a third Russian would also refuse to hit the red button? Let's catch and bag this clown before he wipes out the entire world.
