1.Assess the damage caused to Azerbaijan republic for the occupation of land for 28 years(cultural monuments, homes, moral damage, economic damage). Calculate how much it did damage to Azerbaijan in money. 

2.Punish Armenia and all people involved for violating international law, human rights and war crimes against Azerbaijan and the people of Azerbaijan. 

3.Force Armenia to pay in money all the damage caused and apologize to the Azerbaijani people by submitting all documents to the international court. 

4.Help Azerbaijan to rebuild its territories after the Armenian occupation and demining. 

5.Force Armenia to provide a map of minefields. 

6.Force Armenia not to make heroes in its society of the Nazi Nzhdeh, the terrorist Melkoyan and other terrorist organizations like ASSALA.

7.Armenia should give access to its archives for searches. 

8.Armenia must abandon revanchist ideas and must normalize relations with neighboring countries. 

9.Armenia should not look at the territory of other countries as its own. And I must recognize the borders with Turkey.
