Heartbreaking! Little dogs forced to pull wooden carts miles away with a passenger on it.  Sadly the well being of the canine is not even being taken care of.  Some collapsed due to exhaustion and even beaten to death. These gentle souls should not be abused and mistreated in such a manner. We are urging the Government of China to revise its anti-animal abuse laws as soon as possible. Any size of dogs should not be put in this kind of situation a practice which is commonly found especially in the rural areas. China needs to stop this kind of cruelty against animal right NOW!
