Just Rs. 50! Is the life of the Indian Pariah(the stray dog) so meagre??

Just Rs. 50! Is the life of the Indian Pariah(the stray dog) so meagre??
The Issue
The life of the Indian Pariah costs just Rs. 50??
Why have we Indians always failed to tend what belongs to us and tame what's not ours?Foreign breed dogs are tamed, nurtured, bred, adorned, considered a status symbol but when it comes to our own INDIAN BREED, WHY BACK OUT? How can we call ourselves animal lovers when we are regardless of the innumerable roaming hungry, homeless, diseased, withered, unspayed, non-vaccinated, left to die on streets?
If there over population is an issue, it can be curbed through regular vaccination and spaying? They are poisoned, brutally killed, savored as if there lives cost nothing.
Why would you like to choose a stray? Why would it bother you? Live on the street for a day and watch how it feels to be shooed, spitted, hit by rods, unsheltered, unfed with longingness in eyes. How can we be so selfish about the most loyal breed? How can we discriminate animals too?
As the foster mother of AN INDIAN PARIAH(THE INDIAN MOTHER) and feeder to several strays, I initiate to bring a change and appeal to SUPREME COURT to amend the laws where killing an Indian Breed charges a fine of just Rs. 50.
From a die hard animal lover. This time for the Indian Breed.
