Our C.J Greenfield dog park in Richlands QLD is a cherished community space. It's where we meet, and where our beloved fur family members get to run and play. However, as the evening draws in, a lack of adequate lighting leaves many of us enveloped in complete darkness. This not only affects our enjoyment, but also poses serious safety concerns. According to the Australian Public Safety and Injury Prevention, well-lit public spaces are vital for preventing potential accidents and enhancing public safety. Hence, we are urging the council to look into the matter and install appropriate lighting at the C.J Greenfield dog park. This small change would make a world of difference, ensuring public safety and extending the usability hours of this valuable community space.
